A short, plain summary of how PropertyBW handles personal data.
You can search and view listings without an account. If analytics is enabled, Google Analytics records anonymous usage such as pages viewed, device type and approximate location, and sets cookies to do so.
Agents sign in with Google. We receive your name, email address and Google profile details, and keep the profile details, listings and photos you add. The Google profile picture is not shown publicly. Listings you publish, and the contact details you choose to show on your profile, are public.
PropertyBW does not process enquiries. WhatsApp and phone links open your own app and go directly to the agent, who is responsible for how they use your message.
If you report a listing we store your reason, any details you write, your email address only if you choose to give one, and a one-way hash of your IP address that changes daily and is used to limit spam. Reports are visible only to PropertyBW's administrator and are used to review the listing.
When an agent uploads a photo, the file is resized and the location and camera data stored inside it is removed. Photos already uploaded before this change have not been altered.
Accounts, listings and images are stored with Supabase. The site is hosted on Vercel. Sign-in is provided by Google, and analytics by Google Analytics. We do not sell personal data.
Agents can edit or delete their profile, listings and photos from the dashboard at any time. To ask for your account to be removed, use the contact route on the list your properties page.
Some agents and listings are fictional and labelled DEMO. Their names, agencies, prices and photographs are illustrations and are not real offers.
